Bag info
What is the speed of your bags?

We have developed a speed chart for the bags labeling the speed of the slower and faster side of each bag. Also there is a full and firm section. Speed is on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the fastest. Fullness is on a 1-5 with 5 being the fullest. Looseness is on a 1-5 scale with 5 being the loosest.

What is the ACL Stamp and how does it apply to me?

If you play in any ACL (American Cornhole League) events, which is who hosts the ESPN Televised events as the major sanctioned league in America you must use a bag with the ACL Stamp on it starting in the 2021-2022 Season. We are an officially licensed company for the ACL and offer bags with these stamps so that you can take your game and compete at the highest level with the highest quality products around.

If you play in the backyard and do not need the stamped logo to be on your bags we also have some similar options for you under our NON-ACL bags section that will still allow you to play with great quality bags.

What does GEN 3 mean?

Gen 3 that you see listed on some bags just represents a change that we made in the middle of the 2019-2020 season. It was the implementation of all of our automated equipment allowing us to bring to market an unmatched level of consistency. As well as the new custom resin blend that we had created for us that offered a big increase of hole friendliness and a looser bag than we had originally released with our gen 1 product.

Reps And Wholesale
How do I apply to be a rep?

We have an application form for anyone interested in become a representative for Killshots Cornhole listed below. We will be adding the rep application back up here once we are ready to take on new reps.

How do you determine reps?

We go through an interview process with each potential rep as well as check references that are listed. We also already have some reps so even if you are a great fit and you are too close to a current rep you may not get into the program this year. However the programs reps are evaluated all of the time and positions do become available from time to time for various reasons.

How do reps get paid? What is the benefit?

We are always fine tuning the benefits packages for the reps. For now, the percentage that the reps get is taken off right at checkout so that we don't have to worry about a payments structure for commissions. Reps also get access to jerseys and bags that are not available to the general public only through our rep program also known as the "SNIPER CELL". We also run contests for reps that will get the top performers prizes and paid trips to tournaments along the way!

Warranty/Return/Exchange
What is covered?

We will return your bags if any errors were made in production that were not listed as potential variants on the website. If we ship you the wrong series or color etc, obviously those things are our fault and we will return them. From time to time just like in production of any product ever made there are errors with products having seam issues or things of that nature that we will take care of in a timely matter as well.

What is NOT covered?
  • Bags that have been altered with fabric softeners or accelerated break in tactics.
  • Bags that have been used and then sent back as the "wrong item". If we do send you the wrong product, do not use it before attempting to return it.
  • Bags that have use that is not under normal circumstances on professional boards (I.e bags with wood chip splinters from playing on non professional boards, or bags with burn marks from attempting to singe a fabric thread etc.)
  • Bags with normal variation - I.e during production there are small errors that can happen like a piece of lint being on the fabric before the color is applied resulting in a small white line this will not effect play and will hardly be noticeable if at all after a few uses and  we will not replace bags for this reason.
How long is the warranty?

Bags will be warrantied that were purchased from OUR WEBSITE for 90 days from the time of the shipment is made.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS. MUST READ

In order to complete a return we will send you an RMA or a return authorization number. At this time we will send you a return label for us to cover the shipping. You MUST USE the packaging we tell you to, typically a USPS Flat Rate Envelope. Once we see that the bags are in transit to us we will start the production on your replacement. If you use a different packaging USPS will charge us MORE for your shipment and we will hold your replacement until that additional shipping cost is paid by you. PLEASE USE THE CORRECT PACKAGING.

Color change before shipment

Due to the volume our shop runs at and the lead times we do not offer color changes once the product is order that is what the order needs to stay unless you want to refund your order and place a new one to be in the back of the line.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please log into your account. If you order says awaiting fulfillment, it is in the warehouse processing still. Please note that most of our orders are made to order so this fulfillment time is also including the production of your bags from scratch!

What is the turnaround time?

Because of the fact that all of our orders are typically made to order. The production times will vary based on how busy we are and the time of the year. We do our best to project how many bags we will sell and work ahead on these projects however sometimes we sell way more than anticipated. However the turnaround time is always listed at checkout and you must check the box with the current listed turnaround time at the time of your order.
